We do not have any return policy due to the nature of our product category.
Customers can only return the parcel if they do not receive it from the courier service or the designated delivery person but only if:
The product/item must not be damaged or tampered with but not be limited to any visible scratches, stains, discoloration, dents, broken or cracked, and must be in the original packaging that you received it. If there is any downloadable / attached software or multimedia material/access to any of these types of products, those not be used, downloaded, or registered and have to return unused along with the product. The buyer also needs to provide the manufacturing serial / UPC or any barcode-generated numbers that are printed on the box or any packaging of the product.

Once the customer has received the parcel and especially has opened the seal of the courier mailer bag, in that case no return/refund or exchange is possible.
Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
The product must include all original packaging items and accessories including the box, printed manuals, or any other materials if there are any and all other items or accessories originally included with the product delivered.
Customers must contact Gears For Ears within 3 Days about any issue regarding the order. Please read more about this on our warranty policy page.
In case you have received the wrong product/order:
Check the product packing slip and match it with your invoice that has been sent over email from Gears For Ears.
If the product and order value differs from the invoice that you have received from Gears For Ears, do not receive the parcel and ask the delivery agent to call us immediately and our team will immediately solve the issue.
In case you are not home and one of your representatives has received the product on your behalf please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
Any exception will result in no return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/replaced or exchanged. Perishable goods such as newspapers, magazines, books or posters, or any type of printed materials cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or any type of liquid or powdered form of products.

We do not have a refund policy, unless:
When the order has been pre-paid and Gears For Ears cannot deliver it within 7 working days.
If the product is unavailable and Gears For Ears fails to fulfil the order.
If you changed your mind & cancelled the order before the products were already shipped. In this case, the online processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid since the customer is cancelling the order at their own discretion and given that Gears For Ears has no fault or failed to source and deliver the product. This however is not applicable to any Pre-Order products.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Financial Service, or In-store Credits. Cash refunds are only applicable if the item is purchased in-store.
If there is any kind of technical issue regarding the refund, then please write to us at shop@gearsforears.com or send us a message on one of our social media accounts preferably Facebook or Instagram, and kindly include the order number for reference.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that we will not refund any money partial or full in cash. If there is any money that needs to be refunded, we will need either a bank account or a bKash account number or any mobile banking account number.
We do not have any exchange policy.
Exchange is possible only if the customer has not received the product or can prove that the parcel/box of the product’s seal was not broken, or it was not opened/used at all. Gears For Ears reserves all rights to determine in this case.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during their warranty period. For any queries, you are requested to contact our social media platforms or email us at shop@gearsforears.com.
Pre-Order items are not applicable for exchange under any circumstances.
The product must be sealed and must contain all the items/accessories including the box and must be in the manufacturer’s packaging.
The exchanged product CANNOT be less in terms of value, and this will exclude the shipping cost or any other tax cost.
Shipping Policy for Returns, Refund & Exchange
To return your product, you should e-mail us first at support@gearsforears.com or contact us through our Facebook page or given contact number. You will need to drop the product at our physical store with proof of purchase/order otherwise, you can send us through Sundarban Courier Service and inform us before sending any product under our name and address, otherwise, G will not take any liability if the product is lost /delay in transit / damaged by the courier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please notify us once you receive any manufacturing defect.
If it falls under warranty coverage, which can be between 7 Days to 1 Year or more, you can claim for the warranty given that the warranty is not voided.
You can come to our physical store directly with the defective unit and we will be happy to assist you further on this.
The warranty can be voided if you violate the brand or its authorized distributors/resellers' terms & conditions.
To claim a warranty, you will need to show proof of purchase, return all the accessories and return it in the actual packaging that it came with.
